POC HAIR STYLIST

BGL Magazine is searching for a passionate, organized, and talented individual to fill the role as POC Hair Stylist for Issue 11 to bring the vision to life and accentuate the talent.

responsible for the following: 

  • Create a moodboard for the overall hair vision to coordinate with CT.

  • Attend 2 pre-production + 1 post-production meeting for CT coordination + edit/final looks.

  • Arrive on set 1 hour early to set up + begin work on talent.

  • Complete touch-ups on set. Use a BGL volunteer as your assistant when + if needed.

  • Take periodic rest + nourishment.

  • Complete an on-set interview for the publication.

  • Maintain kind + efficient communication while passing guests.

  • Communicate needs + creative boundaries with CT.

  • Translate your authentic voice through hair design while maintaining publication guidelines + values.

  • Make talent feel safe + valued.

  • Attend 1 Beauty Team meeting with talent preparation.

Payment: $900

all work done by the hair stylist will be credited with their name & position title
