"Wade in  the Water"  is named after the feeling of life rising the tide against you, and the journey one takes as they float to their new resting  place. 
Flow, Floating, Transition, Uncertainty
The power of water, flow, drifting into place, realization, and relaxation 
The power of swimming/fighting to get to your destiny


Submission Types Accepted


  •  Writing - up to 1,0000 words in any style 
  • Photography 
  • Visual or NON Artificial Intelligence digital art

Submission Requirements

  • Files will only be accepted through the following formats: PNG, PDF, JPG 
  • Files should be labeled as such:  FIRSTNAME.sub.issue11  (Ex. JAYLA.sub.issue11)
  • Official submission should not exceed  more than 2 files, meaning submissions should not exceed 2 pages, including accompanying photos 
  • Subject matter must align with BGL's mission to be informational, aspirational, and honorable: choose a topic within our pillars ( Travel & Homes, Arts & Entertainment, or Wellness & Politics) that you are most passionate about, and find a gap of awareness using authentic research, all submissions will be fact checked. Fully AI modified/researched submissions will not be accepted
  • Authors, Artists, and Photographers must confirm their manuscripts are original, and disclosed if they have been published before. BGL may, at its discretion, post any article published on BGL Magazine's website.
